So this dragon walks into a bar... (open)

A clearly quizzical look crossed Mason's face.
"Why would I eat it? It's a gift, if I ate it I couldn't keep it." he said with obvious confusion in his tone as he reached up and accepted the rock candy then examined it. Mason wasn't sure why he would want to eat something a person gave him as a gift. he enjoyed collecting things.

"So it's like a food, would anything bad happen if I just kept it? It won't spoil or anything right?" He asked. He knew meat spoiled quickly and if the crops weren't tended to they would go bad, but he wasn't sure about the little thing in his hand.

Gersemi scratched her head and laughed. "I'm sure it won't spoil, but it's meant to be eaten. Eat it, you'll like it. Oh! I have a better idea."
She tightened her fist and held it for a moment. When she opened it, there was a small rock of white quartz. She held it up. "How about this?"

Mason's eyes lit up with the childlike wonder once more as Gersemi seemingly pulled the rock out of nowhere, her hand had closed with nothing in it, and when it opened there was a pretty stone.

"how did you do that?" He asked as he extended his neck so he could bring his head closer and sniff the stone to make sure it was real, it was. Mason wasn't sure how this had been done, but he was clearly impressed.

Itsuko was sitting in a far corner of the bar,watching the dragon and woman.When they had gotten up to leave,Itsuko followed suit.He climbed up a building and followed them over the rooftops.
Itsuko thought,"A dragon all the way out here?Seems interesting."He took a small break so he could rest his legs and looked down at the two,watching every detail of them.
