"Im geussing by the reaction, this is your territory. I'm not here trying to steal it, just looking for herbs. She smiled, her long bronze colored hair swaying unbound in the wind. "My name is Sage Zivaen.
Hmmm, a fellow healer or an alchemist? Robert wanted to know. He slowly allowed his muscles to loosen and his body to relieve the building excitement the wild created. Soon after where a black wolf had stood Robert stood draped in white puffed pants and a green shirt with a blue cloak billowing behind him. His wolf tooth knife sheathed in it's scabbard.
"Well it's nice to meet you Sage" He did three things, he bowed, took Sage's hand and gave it a formal kiss. He let it drop back at her side. "I am Robert Rowanwood alpha of the Rowanwood pack and protector of this forest. At you service."
Sometimes he got tired of repeating his title over again. Maybe deep down he still was the 16 year old boy he physically was but time and fate had changed him making him a more formidable and mature person. However he was keen to learn of the arts this woman pursued he was always keen to learn about healing and herbs. It would benefit the pack. Which lead him to ask.
"Are you a healer or an alchemist or a bit of both? If I may ask?"

Sage smiled. The man took her hand and Kissed it. " It is a pleasure to meet you Robert." She said. He was a tall man, much taller than herself. " I guess you could say that I am a bit of both. I do much healing, but I also dabble in the alchemical arts. Most of what I do has something to do with herbs and Magic. I am an Earth magic Sage." She smiled and gave a short laugh at her joke. It was a nice evening and she was enjoying the night air. " I was only looking for a few herbs that I need for a potion that I am currently working on. I need Heartsjumper and moonflower." She lifted her nose to the air. A breeze was passing by and she closed her eyes. " So, do you have a large pack?" She asked, still scenting the air.

Hmm both? He was quite pleased by this. He wanted to learn about them himself. He knew a bit about herbs and plants thanks to his friend Tyzthen but when putting them to use he was quite at a loss.
"So, do you have a large pack?"
"Na, its a small one but I was stuck in this forest for two years but they were a great time. So it only made sense for me to make this my home and protect it as it protected me." He said this all with a grin. He wanted to see this place thrive an continue to grow larger than it already was. Maybe it was to do with his affinity for animals, unlike most other wolves he could call animals to him without them fearing him.
"Heartsjumper and Moonflower you say? Hmm I may be able to help you there, it's part of a place were my pack resides but it grows most of the flowers there. I'll take you if you give me oath as a wolf that you won't share it's location without pack permission."

A small pack? She thought. If only she could join. She shookb her head a fraction. " I give you my oath that The human part of me will not reveal the place of your pack. I cannot though, give you the word of my Wolf Sister." She closed her eyes. Her wolf sister was there with her. I shall not tel. Her wolf said Sage nodded. " Never mind. She said she will not tell either." She looked into herself. It as very rarae that her wolf established that she was seperate part of herself. They both knew they were the strangest pair there was. Especially being an Omega. It doesnt help that you just had to pick me. She told the wolf inside of her. The wolf acknowledged itwith a mental grin and a bark of wolfy laughter. Sage came back to realty to look around. The wolf that had growled at her earlier was still standing there, listening to the exchange. Sage wasnt sure she couuld trust this wolf, and her wolf didn't know either. She turned her face back to Robert. " I would greatly appreciate these herbs. They are part of an expeierament that I am currntly doing. I can change peoples forms, hide thier scent, even make them invisible. What I am working on now would be a revolution in alchemical science. I am working on a potion imbued with enough magic to allow the drinker to sapehift to whatever they wish for a short time." She stopped, the long explanation still rolling around in her head. Her parents would of been proud of her. She smiled at herself. Figures she would talk more to this total strange who her wolf liked than she would talk to anyone else. When was the last time she had had a conversation this long? A very very long time ago.

Carlton padded around the house. It was very elegant and smelled nice. Carlton put his paws on the counter as he lifted himself up. He put his nose in the purse setting on the counter and pulled out a wallet.
He flipped open the wallet and pulled out a bundle of cash. He smiled. He picked the cash up and started to head down the stairs.

She was right, it was a revoultioinary concept. What was even better was that she acknowledged the wolf half of her self as another being. He was greatly surprised though this only made her more intriguing. He would love her to join his pack. Hmm he thought to himself, it would be a wise choice. Maybe she'd be willing to teach him a bit of alchemy too.
"Sounds like a great piece of alchemy, I may be able to contact a friend of mine who has similar interests. I know he developed a potion that allows the user to have immunity to dragon fire for a short time... Anyway I digress follow me."
Robert immediately burst into a run he followed the old trails he'd made so many times before but making sure that Sage would no where he went he left two slices in certain trees making a vague 'r' that would mark where he'd been. It was a short run but he skidded to a stop and almost tripped over himself. The speed and strength that true born alpha's possessed was incredible and like a little kid he loved to exercise that power. This part of the woods opened up to a clearing he used to tend to this area a lot but now he'd let it grown wild and because of that mix it was a beautiful sight to behold. Almost all the flowers in the forest could grow here the clearing was covered in different shades of light and dampness that stretched across it. Making to flowers grow in rows across the clearing from one side to another in a range of colours that could have mimicked the very rainbow itself.
"Take you pick" he said to her as he saw her catch up.

The clearing was full of the small flowers that she needed. She closed her eyes, pulling the scents to her nose. She walked over to a small patch with dark purple flowers. Picking them, she carefully pressed them into the journal she had. It would be enough to make this, and to cultivate some of her own. " I thank you greatly for this gift. It is a great thing for me." She loooked around. This place had a smell that rivaled all others. It was so calming, too calming. Wake yourself sister! Her wolf called to her. She was alert, her wolf backing her power. The earth magic was strong here, unusually so. It lulled her into a peace that she could not afford when in front of a strange wolf, even one as nice as Robert. She closed off her sense, breathing as little as she could. She severed the connection to her magic, making it easier to concentrate. Why does the earth call to us so, especially on another packs turf. I think we should leave now, before we cause problems. Her wolf nodded inside. Something is not right in this place. Let us go. Sage turned to see Robert watching her. How long had that lasted? Her weaknes and strength were one and the same, but she had to deal with it sometimes. Picking a few more flowers, she turned to leave, smelling her way out of the territory.

Robert stood calmly as Sage investigated the clearing and made a few notes in her journal about the flowers. Then something clicked. He felt natures rush through him, he couldn't explain it, when he was growing up magic was seldom practised and often looked down on in his fathers pack. So it was a cruel irony that allowed Robert himself to be able to feel the sensations of magic in the air, especially nature's magic. He wasn't sure what the real name was but it nevertheless manifested in him with the art of healing and calling animals. So he wasn't completely surprised when he saw one such as Sage succumb to it. He just gave a wolfy smile. He was going to offer her to join the pack. He could she that she was uncomfortable here on other turfs. Plus he wanted someone skilled in the pack. He needed more magicians. Having werewolves were all well and good but without those who could defend them self well from the arcane arts his pack was a losing cause. He watched as she turned to leave then quickly he moved in front of her.
"Sorry for the theatrics but I would like to offer you something. I would like to extend my invitation to my pack. I understand this is very soon and not completely done the way it should be but nonetheless I believe you could be a great asset to our pack....Aaand I'd love to learn some alchemy from you."

Sage was completely awake now. Join a pack? Could I? It didn't go so well before. She looked to the wolf inside of her. I think that this time it will be different. We will be part of the pack, but outside control. You must tell him this though. Sage nodded, as much to Robert as her wolf. She really should join a pack, but had never been able to. She looked to Robert. " Heres what happened. I was part of a pack once. I drove them all insane. My magic is . . insidiois. That, and I cant be controlled by normal pack bonds. I'm an Omega, and Im kind of out of the loop. I . ....well, Id most likely be part of the pack, but your orders woudnt affect me." She looked at him, hoping he would understand. It was no small thing for her, for she ha lived alone almost all her life. " Please, understand if I leave. I don't want to hurt anyone. I will accept your offer though." If I can.

Robert nodded as he listened to her explanation. An omega that wasn't restrained by normal pack bonds? Very interesting and as for her magic? He didn't mind he appreciated magic users in his pack. She would fit right in. So giving her a bear hug and then standing back he bowed.
"Welcome to my pack Sage, it's an honour to have you. As for the omega bonds problem. I don't mind. Your magic... I have a friend who may be able to help you develop it and give yourself massive control. Well, two friends actually. One is Lettie May, our pack magician. The other however is only a friend of the pack. You remember I mentioned Tyzthen? I will call him to come here in a few days if you want."

Sage gave a short laugh. " I have perfect control of my magic. I am a sage. It just likes to run ramoant when im away. Wherever I go, I change the very structure of the magic there. Its because of how connected I really am to the earth. But I would love to meet these people. I am always up t learning new things. They may even know how to help me." She msiled and followed him out to the rest of the people who had been running earlier.

"That's excellent, now there's one last thing I need to show you. He concentrated on Sage for a moment.
It's a small trick, I'm not completely used to it I'm still getting used to my alpha abilities, but this will allow you to contact me or vice versa or any member of the pack should you be in trouble
Robert let go of his hold.
"I need to find a friend of mine to bring back here, I'll be back before the full moon, which by the way is when we all meet, I have to find the friend you wish to meet. He loves to be a bit theatrical. If you have any questions see my beta Analeigh. However I'll be choosing my true beta after this full moon. Till then"
Robert turned and using his full speed. He darted off past the trees. He needed to cross the neutral lands if he wanted to see Tyzthen again. It would take awhile but he was confident that he'd find his friend. That and he really wanted to know what the Archeron part meant...

Sage watched Robert move away. The full moon? That was only a few weeks away. She smiled. She would be back here at that time. Taking amoment, she shifted. Her wolf took over mostly, giving her room in her own head to think. She needed a pack, for whatever reason. She started for home, will all intentins to make this potion and then go to navalen for a few days. Maybe she would bump into a few of her friends there.
