Saya's breathing was ragged from breathing in the sand from the desert floor.She looked down at her toes and shivered.It was night so of course the the desert was freezing.
Why would I bring a jacket when I didn't think I would be out here for more than a couple hours?Stupid scorpions.Never have I gotten stung until today.Saya thought to herself
Diva kept her eyes pryed open even though she was kicking up tons of dust from racing acrossing the desert.If she is anywhere she has to be here.Diva pleaded with herself

Cherry Compton snatched a scorpion and broke it in two. She drained it's blood into a metal container. She couldn't find anymore scorpions and the ones she had caught didn't hold alot of blood.
Cherry walked deeper into the desert. Looking for more animals. There was a rat running along the sand. Cherry quickly grabbed it and bit it in it's neck. She drank it's blood. Relief washed over her. She drained the rest of it's blood into the container and continued on.
Cherry finally spotted a human walking a few feet away. She couldn't help but sniff the wind carrying her blood. She followed the scent and finally walked over to her. "What would a-" she saw the tail. "-a Neko being doing in the desert in the middle of the night?" She asked.

"None of your damn business. That's what." Saya said while limping away.She couldn't see whoever it was and she really didn't want to find out.She was too weak to fight from barely eating and scorpion poison.
Diva stopped and waked out of the dust cloud.She took a deep breath then scanned the horizon.That smelled like Saya.I can't tell from which direction it came from though!Diva took a deep breath a started east.

Cherry looked at the girl closely. "Oh my god...Saya?" She asked. The girl looked just like Diva Rose's friend, Saya Hurricane. "Saya, is that you?' Cherry asked. A smile crept upon her face. She jogged over to her side and crouched down by the girl. "It is! Saya!" She screamed joy.

Saya blinked a couple times so that she might get a better look at the women.Then she saw it.Cherry's crazy red."Cherry?Well, well, well what are you doing gallivanting around here?"Saya inquired with a sly smile.
Diva knew she could smell Saya."Finally!" Diva sighed with relief.
She kept charging ahead until she caught the other scent that was intertwined with Saya's.Diva skidded to a halt and her nose went in the air.Damn it! I can't make out the scent!Please still be safe!Diva pleaded.She trudged on in hopes that Saya would be safe.

Cherry smiled at Saya's question. "Oh well, i was just getting some more blood." She said, showing Saya the metal container. "I was running out in the city. Crazy raids. You're lucky you stay in the Waste. How are things going there? I hear that the Outlanders City is pretty rough." Cherry said, waiting for Saya's answer.

"I'm good. I-" Cherry abruptly stopped when she smelt someone she hadn't seen in a very long time. She turned around and smiled as she seen the outline of the vampire. "Diva Rose." Cherry laughed. "I haven't seen you in a good while." She smiled at her old friend.
