Sage thought about this. Maybe this would work.
" A fast learner you say? Are you good with your ose? Im not sure if demons extra sense, but I do." She finished cleaning and stood oppostie of him.
" Do you think you might want to learn about herbs and all this wonderfull stuff? I need a navalen contact, but I dont have any at the moment." She looked at him, trying to see past what was on the outside.

Kaylorn gave a nod.
"It's not my best trait, but I can still pick out different smells at a distance with relative ease." He said as he looked around the place and grinned.
"And if I'm shown how to do all of this for a little bit, I'll bet I can surprise you with a few things I can do." He said chuckling.

This would be a good deal he did need a place to stay and something to occupy his time instead of running around pulling pranks on the town, this could be good for him.

Sage moved her head to one side.
" Theres a large room upstair that no one uses. You can have that if yu like. Like I said, I need a navalen contact. I have a stand in almost all of the territories. I like having it that way. I can give you a few books to start you off with the easy stuff, but I will start having you memorize smells." She pulled two lleather bound books off the shelf. Both hummed with earth magic.
" Read thses and I'll show you how to actually do all this stuff." She set them down on the counter.
" First, I need you to tell me all that you know about about herbs, potions, medicines, and healing.

Jaken wandered throught the streets a hood covering his ears and his wings folded up close to his back. He let his tales slowly wag behind him as he walked the streets, it was the only thing that was mildly socialy acceptable on his body. Shakeing his head clearing the thoughts of his past. With a small sigh he inhaled a strange sent and let out a slight growl as he tried to figure out what it was. I know I have smelt this before. . . He thought as he flollowed the sent traceing it back to a house.

Quietly pearing in throught the window he saw a man and a woman talking inside. But the smell lead to the house. . . Shakeing his head Jaken looked away from the window his tail twitching with frustration.

"Awww I have to sleep alone?" Kaylorn asked with mock sadness and a grin with a wink.
"Well it sounds like a good deal to me. Lets get.." He trailed off as he spotted something out of the corner of his eye. He didn't look over but gave another grin.

"I think we have company Sage, expecting anyone to be hanging around your window?" He asked while walking over to the cupboard and running a few things under his nose and learning the smell and making sure to read the labels and commit both to memory.
"It's your place so it's up to you." he said softly.

Sage looked at the window. A strong smell was clogging her nose, a smell of magic.
" Expecting no, welcoming yes." She waljked over to her door and opened it. She smiled at the man outside and beckoned for him to come in.
" Come inside. I won't bite . . . much." She went back inside and left the door open for the strange man to come it. He smelled of magic, but also of wolves and Zenths. It was a mystery she didn't want to know.
" I hope he comes in soon. I have a feeling that there is going to be rain soon.

Jaken was surprised to see the woman come out of the house and invite him in it was so. . . odd. Sniffing the air he could tell that she wasn't human but a werewolf. Hmph. . . Jaken thought with a inner growl as he nodded to the woman and walked into her home.

"Sorry to interupt anything," Jaken began looking to the human man over by the cubbords. "I just smelled your herbs and I thought that I would check it out." He smiled without showing his sharp animal like teeth as he lied to the woman hopeing the excuse sounded like a good enough reason to be snooping around someones house.

Vivia sat on the roof of a building, with her feet dangling over the side. She crossed her ankles as she painted her nails. They were dark purple with black tips. She smiled at her work and slipped the nail polish into the pocket of her skirt.

She looked out into the city of Navalen. It was boring today. Nothing to do. Nothing to blow up, raid or steal. Vivia was going insane. Until she smelt the scent of another demon. "Holy shit." Vivia muttered. She flew up on her feet and started to hover around the streets. She knew she had smelled another demon. She landed on the ground, she didn't like walking but the scent was on the street. She followed the scent and stopped in front of a house as a man entered. Vivia ducked into an alley.

Vivia flew up the side of the building and looked around for an open window. She finally found a window and looked in. There were two men and a woman inside. There were cupboards of herbs and spices. Vivia flew up to the roof and sat down. She thought. If she could get her hands on those herbs and things, she could sell those on the market for big bucks. She smiled and looked for another window.

She finally found a window and slipped inside. It was a bedroom. Very plain on the second floor. She made her wings disappear and took her iron spear from the strap on her back. She creaked the door open to the hall and slowly creped through the empty hallway. She finally found a room with oak double doors. She opened it to find shelves of herbs, spices and much more. Vivia's jaw dropped. "Jackpot." She muttered. She went in the room and closed the doors behind her. She lodged her spear through the handles. She picked up a bag from the corner and started to throw random things into the bag.

Kaylorn looked over at their new guest with a grin, Being highly skilled at lying through his teeth, and he could tell when someone else was doing it.
You can't con a con man. But unless you want to cause trouble I won't blab...yet He thought as he went through the cupboards.

If Sage didn't pick up on this on her own he would talk with her later. Most of the time he didn't care about others, but she had helped him without asking for anything in return, even gave him a way to make a living, he was in her debt and that was a concept he held to devoutly.

The it happened. His human form made it hard, but it was a familiar scent.
Impossible, they couldn't have found me, I must be mistaken. He thought as he looked to Sage.
"Is there something that can reverse this? Like right now?" he asked with a slight degree of panic in his eyes. He could smell another demon, he was sure of it, but from where he didn't know, but if in human form he could smell it, that meant they would be close.

[Neko~San]

Sage gave a strange look to Kaylorn.
" Yes, here. Its an anti magic." She handed him the bottle and watched as he changed.
" Now sir, please don't tell me you were interested because you smelled the herbs. I couls smell that lie from ten miles away." She smailed and tapped the side of her nose.
" I would like to know why yu really came here. You reek of magic, and of hatred. Its a very strong smell that I don't like fouling up my herbs." She took a whiff of the air. She could smell another demon in the upstair, the empty bedroom. Turning to Kaylorn she said, " She's in the upstair bedroom, the one that was for you. I had the window open and thats how she got in." She moved to her cubbards and pulled out a small purple bottle. In it contained a liqued full of powerful earth magic. Opening it. she looked to the strange man.
" Drink this. It will hide you scent for now. I don't want that demon to find you. She smells like a nasty one." She handed him the bottle and started to put a few things away.

Drinking the potion, Kaylorn felt the changes happen quickly. It was like being born into what he was once more. The horns and fangs appeared first, the light fur covering his body giving him the purple color was next, his tail shot out and his claws returned before his wings sprouted out.

With his ears back to how they were he could hear the movements in the room where their uninvited visitor was rumming about. His sense of smell, returned to normal, told him that the demon wasn't exactly a type he was familiar with. A grin appeared on his face which showed his teeth.
"Well I'll go greet out other guest, it would be bad form not to after all." He said with a chuckle as he darted outside and flew up to the window of the room that was being infiltrated.

"Well hello there, it seems you are making yourself quite at home aren't you?" He said with a grin as he crouched in the windowsill while he let his claws extend, ready for battle.

Vivia jumped and a potion went flying out of her hands as she heard the voice. She looked over her shoulder to see another demon sitting on the window sill. He didn't look like her. She looked more human due to her fairy side. She sighed impatiently and put both hands on her hips as she hovered a few inches off the ground. "What do you want?" Vivia hissed.

She saw his claws appear. "Don't bother getting those out, you won't need 'em when I'm kicking your ass." Vivia chuckled. She got out the bag again and started to fill it more with different objects. "Just go back downstairs with your little human, or whateverer they are, friends and leave me be. I need some money, alright? And this is the quickest way to get it." She looked back and him and a black mist started to form around her body. She brought up her hand as a ball of black dust shot up from her hand toward the other demon.

"Well I would like you to stop prowling around what is to be my room." Kaylorn replied with a grin. Viva made the comment about kicking his ass and he couldn't help but laugh at that one. He didn't get away with the crap he pulled back home for being a weakling.

Seeing the mist form, Kaylorn tensed his body, grabbed the top of the windowsill and pushed off as soon as the ball was shot at him. He body hung out the window and the attack passed under him. Kicking forward with his legs he swung back in and across the room to land only about a foot away from Viva and gave a smile.
"Nice try." He said while his body was tensed once again to try and counter what Viva might do.

Vivia turned around to see the demon standing a few inches from her. She rolled her eyes. "Really, don't try this shit with me, I'm just trying to steal somethings and get on with my life."She flicked one of his claws with her finger. "Take your little claws and go party with your little friends downstairs." She brushed past him, hitting his shoulders with hers. She took her bag as she could see it was full with potions and herbs She sat on the windowsill. "Sorry I can't continue this little chat, but a need more money." She smiled sarcastically.

She swung her legs over the side and looked down at the street. She almost forgot her spear. She rolled her eyes at her own foolishness and swung her legs back into the room. "This is your room?" She noticed with all the potions and the plain bed. "Demons deserve better, but I guess hanging around humans gets you a little screwed up in the head." She grinned sarcastically again. She hovered over to the door and grabbed her spear from the door handles. "I guess I'll be going. She started for the window again.

Kaylorn gave an amused look as the woman started to leave, and as she reached for her spear, his hand shot out and he grabbed hold if it, keeping against the wall.

"I don't really care if things are hard for you. If you want money, make an honest living. I've been here for less than an hour and I'm already starting to do so." He said with a feral grin on his face.

Vivia tried to pull away from the demon's grip on her spear but was pulled back. She sighed. She wanted to get out of her before the market close.

"Don't give me that 'make an honest living' crap...it was either get a lame job or being a bag guy. Where you get to hunt, kill, steal whatever from whoever you want. It's very well paying and it's very entertaining for me, so if I could just have me spear back now, it would be most appreciated."

Vivia's wings appeared and she hovered in the air. She brought her legs out form under her and kicked the demon, trying to get her spear loose.

As Vivia kicked at Kaylorn, he stepped to the side while his free hand grabbed the ankle of one of Vivia's kicking legs. Once nice thing about being on the ground, was that he had leverage.

Swinging with both arms, one grabbing the ankle, the other still holding vivia;s weapon, Kaylorn swung her at the wall, hoping to bash her against it.
"Well it's a pity you stole from me, I tried things the nice way, now we get to do them the fun way." He said.

Vivia caught herself with her wings as she was starting to bash into the wall. She was surprised by his strength, though she had never fought a demon before. It was good experience. Her eyes started to mist black as her magic formed around her and she let a ball of black magic explode on the floor causing a sea of black fog. Almost impossible to see through and hard to breath in.

Vivia quickly reached for her weapon and slung the bag over she shoulder. She flew out the window, hoping the other demon wouldn't follow her.

[Jyo]

Seeing a familiar black mist forming in Vivia's eyes, Kaylorn released the weapon and jumped away diving to the window with incredible speed as the burst of black fog erupted.

If Vivia still headed that way she would collide with Kaylorn which he would respond to by wrapping his arms around her to keep her from getting away.
"You know, having someone like you dive into my arms makes up for being pulled away from learning my job."

Vivia was pulled back when the other demon got a grip on her. With his comment, she smirked. "get your filthy hands off me." She shouted, as she pulled herself out his arms and grabbed onto the roof of the building. She threw the bag of stolen items and her weapon up there before the demon could get another grip on her. She rolled onto the roof of the building .

She looked down at one of her dark purple nails that was chipped. "Asshole." She muttered. Now I have to file it, and repaint it and...She looked up from her nail and knew the demon would most likely be coming. Even if he wasn't, Vivia didn't want to take her chances. She tied the bag around her spear and put the spear on the usual strap on her back. She took a running start from the top of the building and jumped off, her wings soon caught her and she she started to fly away. "Damn demon..." She muttered. If he came back, she was gonna be macho pissed.
