Tealoc looked at Saya.
" You mean, you are talking about the creatures? Well thats a relief." She smiled. scorpions she could take care of, but The Scorpions? They were a group that you didnt want to mess with.
" And yes, I was hosting a birthday party for my friend Katrina."

Jyo looked over at Sara to answer her question.
"They are eight legged things with the front legs that end in pinchers, kind of like a crab's and a stinger on the back which depending on the type of scorpian, have different levels of poison in them. Nasty buggers." Jyo replied before looking over at Tealoc and cocking an eyebrow.
"Your tone tells me that there is a group with that name, care to indulge my curiousity?" he asked.

"The Scorpions are a tribe of fighters." Katrina answered. "Nasty people. Almost as bad as the creatures, only they're kill you faster. Much faster. The Scorpions wander around the Waste. They are awesome fighters. You don't want to mess with them. They don't take kindly to people from outside of the tribe." Katrina told him.
Katrina Had always been scared of scorpions, but the Scorpions scared her to death.

Diva turned to the Neko in the white dress and said," Katrina I presume?" Katrina gave a startled nod." Well, then I assume you I should give you a present."Diva concluded with a warm smile.She dug in her pocket and retrieved one of the many seeds."These are a rare rose that is incredibly hard to find yet strangely is very resistant to weather and such." Diva explained while resting the seed in the palm of her hand and extending it as far as she could but didn't step forward and risk scaring her.
Saya was intrigued with the way Diva was acting.She never smiles and for her to keep a distance from someone was unheard of.Oh goodness what has she done to this girl?Saya was so busy pondering Diva she didn't notice at first when her vision started to blur.Oh no, a vision.Saya stood stock still and let the images slowly come.When her vision finally cleared.She grabbed Diva arm and whispered into her ear what she had seen.Saya knew Diva would play it cool and try to leave casually but she wasn't sure there was time for that.Just take the damn seed so we can leave!Saya screamed in her head

"Oh ok thank you . . ." Sara said with a smile. So there like crabs with pincers and a poisonous tail She thought trying to visualise the creatures crawling around the desert sands. I'm glad I don't have to go into the desert for any reason. She thought looking at the ground a little shiver running down her spine as she thought of the dangerous creatures.

Katrina gave a startled nod and looked at Diva confused when she offered. She slowly reached for the hand and took the seed. "Umm.....thank you." She stuttered. She wondered why Diva was being so nice to her. She guessed because she felt bad but....really? It just surprised Katrina.
Katrina stepped back from Diva. Closing the seed in her fist. She stepped back by Jyo and Sara.

Jyo put a comforting hand on Katrina's shoulder as she came back near he and Sara, he couldn't blame her for being leery about Diva. He himself was being forgiving and was trying to make an effort to be nice after their encounter, but it was hard for someone who viewed people as friends or foes, and nothing in between.

Diva inwardly sighed with relief. Diva smiled at Katrina and felt Saya's urgent tug on her sleeve. She grabbed her hand and gently put it back to her side as Saya gave her an icy glare. "Well it seems that we are needed else were." Diva said as she turned to Taeloc."Very nice seeing you Katrina.As well as you Taeloc"I'm sorry I didn't have the time to get properly acquainted with the rest of you."Diva added with a smile.
Saya watched Diva be her same cool, collected self.Saya was so irritated with the way Diva had casually brushed her off.Irritated and twitchy Saya grabbed her arm and rushed her goodbyes out," Yes, yes , nice seeing you we have to leave."
Diva turned on her heal with Saya following close behind, she pulled Saya on her back and started to run.

Sara watched as Diva and Saya hurriedly rushed away. Hmmph I wonder what got their panties in a bunch? Sara thought as she watched the figures run into the night from the open window. Sara sort of felt bad for Katrina, it seemed like her and Taeloc's friends didn't get along very well.
"Are you ok?" She asked in a small voice looking over at her with a worried smile on her face.

Katrina looked up at Jyo when he put his hand on her shoulder. She nodded to him to tell him that she was ok. Katrina looked back at Sara. "Yeah, I'm okay, Sara." Katrina laughed as she put on a smile.
Katrina looked at the seed Diva had given her. It was a nice gesture. But why was she being so nice? It wasn't that Katrina was afraid of her anymore, but...she was quiet surprised how she had acted a few minutes ago. And then she had rushed off. Katrina shrugged and put the seed in the small pocket of the dress.

Jyo smiled as Katrina nodded to let him know she was alright and he removed his hand letting both hands slide into his pockets as a small crackle of lightning rippled around him. That had been a slightly tense even though friendly moment back there.
"Well that was certainly unexpected, a lot better than out last meeting though. I must admit that." He said with his grin and cool collected demeanor returning.

"Well good . . . " Sara said with a shy smile glad that her friend was ok. The one lady must have done something real horable to make Jyo and her tence up like that. A fight maybe? Or . . . hmm, they can't be all that bad beacause Taeloc knows them." She thought as she played around with the tip of her tail.
"A rose?" Sara asked looking at Katrina's hand seeing the small seed that had been given to her by the vampire.

"She said it was rose." Katrina shrugged, thinking of the seed Diva had given her. "She said they're heard to find and are resistance to weather." Katrina added. Katrina crossed her arms. She was still puzzled by the vampire's behavior and looked over her shoulder to see what Taeloc had done.

Tealoc watched as Diva and Saya left. The emotions in the room were giving he a major headache. She could feel so much at the moment.Control yourself She saw that there were a few people looking at her.
" Yes?" She said sweetly, trying to ignore everything at the moment. She sat down and watched everything go by. Her head was aching and she needed to go to sleep. Or go to my new house.

"Are you going to be ok Taeloc?" Sara asked looking at her with her normal small smile on her face. The exasperated expression on her face made Sara worried. "Do you feel sick?" She asked walking over to feel her forhead with the back of her hand to feel if she had a temperature. "You feel a bit warm . . ." She added as she took her hand away from her forhead and let out a sigh. This was probibly the most she had talked all night.

Jyo gave a sheepish grin.
"As you have empathetic powers, please accept my apologies if it's me causing you any distress. I was having a hard time not lashing out. I don't get the luxury of meeting an attacker more than once. Even when they are friendly, I don't relax well around them." He said giving a small half bow before looking to the others and giving a more relaxed smile.
certainly an interesting little interruption to say the least. I didn't expect to see them here today He thought. Diva struck him as being completely honest, but as he had explained, it was difficult for Jyo to see people other than friend or foe, he simply didn't have that much of an option, though he really did try and keep his mind more open than that, he had learned from hearing about others, that such thinking got people killed, he was trying to find a balance point.

Tealoc looked up at Sara and smiled.
" I should be okay. I just need to go get myself some water and then maybe go for a walk." She looked at Jyo. It's not really his fault. I'm just not shielding myself properly. She smiled at her own thoughts. It wasn't always easy to shield herself, especially when she was with her frinds and she was trying to haave fun.

"I'll get you some water . . . " Sara said disapering into the kitchen with a small bounce in her step. She grabbed a glass out of the organised cubards and turned on the foucet. Makeing sure the water was cold she put the glass under the running water and let out a small sigh as she stood in the room alone, the nagging feeling that she needed to make a conversation left her.
Sometimes I wish I could be more open and outgoing like Katrina . . .

Katrina watched Sara walk into the kitchen. She looked at Jyo and Taeloc and left their sides. She walked into the kitchen and rested against the counter. She let out a sigh as she watched Sara fill the cup up with water. She could see something was troubling Sara. "Sara, are you ok?"

"It's nothing. . ." Sara said in a small sweet voice as she reached over and turned off the foucet. Holding Taeloc's glass of water protectively in her hands she looked at Katrina and tilted her head to the side. "Why do you ask?" Sara said as she nerviously shifted her weight from one foot to another.
