Appearance: Standing at Five foot two and weighing about 112 lbs, Hikitsu is a slight girl. Her skin is very light and slightly scarred, her form thin and usually fearful. She has peridot green eyes, slanted beautifully but very wide. Her ears are slightly elongated, pointed at the tip. Her hair is purple, and very very long. It goes to about her waist, and depending on the day is either braided or left down. She wears a dress that has a deep red and black top that is stiff, and a flowing silver grey silky bottom. On her feet are shoes that are thin, meant only to keep the foot warm./ They are not suitable for long travel. On her wait is a belt like piece that has a few feathers on it. Her arms each have a vbracelet that keeps her in the power station. Without electricity nearby they inject drugs into her that make her unconscious.
Her voice is light and musical, but very soft. She will not raise it against anyone very often. Most times it has an edge of fear in it.
Personality: Hikitsu is a very quiet person. She talks very little. preferring just to say nothing rather than say something wrong and be punished. She keeps her thoughts to herself for the ost pasrt, suffering in silence with fear in her eyes.
Hikitsu's personality fluctuates depending on if she has been expieramented on. When she has been the young girl is quiet and shy, staying far awar from everyone in the compound. She moves quietly and talks very little. When she has not been expieramented on she is different. She talks a little more, though still in her slight whispery voice. She moves around the inner compound some, watching though wide peridot eyes.
Hikitsu doesn't really know how to stand up for herself very well since she was "encouraged" to obey without question since she was very young. Normally the girl flinches away from any raised voice of any kind, expecting pain and punishment.
She stays away from the people of the power station, unsure who is friend and whi os foe. She is mostly afraid of the scientists in the power station. The only person she trusts is Jakken, in a strange way. Though she is like a pet she sees him in a way that is almost like a child looking to a parent. She would rather be around him that be around the other people in the station. Its a strange thing, showing just how messed up her mind is, how much it has been broken.
She likes quiet places, having the soft sound of water and the low hum of machines. She hates violence in general, and she is afraid of many, many things.
Powers: No one knows what to call the power Hikitsu has, they only know she has no control over it. She makes things happen as her emotions change, from tiny rain clouds to shattering glass.
Relationships/friends/family: Hikitsu considers Jakken family.
Home: Inside the powerstation Hikitsu has a "room". It is a cell which was modified for a person to live in, It is close to Jakkens lab. There is a bed, a table with a lamp, and a desk pushed against the wall. There is also a camera to watch her every move.
History: When the war started a group of scientist in Zationia formed the Department of Expieramental Science. Thier goal was to create weapons to use against the Navalens.
After a few years a man named Professor Ren became one of the lead scientists in the Super Species program. He and his wife worked together with a brilliant young man names Jakken
When Jakken was 16, Professor Ren and his wife had a child, Hikitsu. She was a small child, happy and curious. She grew quickly, running around the compound.
When she was four Jakken volunteered himself to undergo his an expierament of his own design. Some of the scientists were nervous about this project, but agreed. He underwne tht eprocedure, but something went horribly wrong. His face was scarred and scaled, andhe was different.
Dr. Ren ordered him caged like an animal, thinking him physchologically unstable. They treated him cruelly, like he was worthless now. He was given only bread and water to sustain him.
This was the responsibility given to Hikitsu. Evey day she gave the young man food and water, and a pat on the head under the watch of several guards. Though he looked strange the little girl thought of him s a friend, likeing the calmness in his vouce and his friendly seeming smile.
What no one ealized was that Hikitsu's coming and going was allowing Jakken to learn how the doors to the celll operated. The bars of the prison couldn't hold the determined technopath. Once he able to open the doors he turned the alarms off and walked out of the compound. Hikitsu followed, her four year old mind focused on chasing Jakkens fluffy tials. She followed him long oast the confines of the compound. It was when she tripped and started crying he was startled from his deep thoughts. Jakken wasglas the small girl child had followed him, and he took her in.
She became something like a pet to him, a prize. He used her to work on his expieramnts, doing tests and trying different things. The young child became very quiet very quickly. Jakkens aim was to make her the beginning og the perfect super race to use against Zationia.
